The body’s ability to move can allow us to flourish or restrict our lives. The releasing and repatterning of our body tissues can give us the mobility to find more freedom in life. Our goal is to bring more ease to everyday tasks.

MFR (myofascial release) uses slow steady pressure with sustained stretching to soften muscle fascia and more effectively release tension. This can unlock and unwind layers of adhesions that limit strength and range of motion.

Practicing yoga provides both physical and mental health benefits as well. Work through joint pain, bodily injuries, and more at your own pace under our guidance. You will gain flexibility, strength, and peace of mind.

Specific exercise methods and techniques that are unique to correcting imbalances. This can range from small movements throughout the day to personalized resistance training.

For each service you book, we will donate a portion of the proceeds to a Non-Profit organization that is near and dear to our hearts and our community.
For summer/fall, we are contributing to the Alzheimer’s Association in honor of our family members who continue to struggle with this disease. We have created a team for the upcoming Alzheimer’s Walk in October and are happily accepting additional team members and/or donations. Please click below for more details.
