Body Work Services
Pre-Session Consultation
Our first interaction via phone call will involve discussing your physical history with important data such as surgeries, injuries, and bodywork experience. We also talk about goals we can aim for and what to expect during the session. At this point we will give a price estimate as well as suggested treatments.
Myofasicial Release
The body has abundant layers of fascia. This substance can become tangled with itself or muscle tissue. When this happens it can diminish range of motion as well as nerve and circulation function. Using MFR, we can track down these locations and apply minimally invasive techniques to help restore balance.
Cranial-Sacral Therapy
Connecting your entire nervous system is a fluid called cranial sacral fluid (CSF). Produced in your brain, CSF is pumped throughout your entire body, concentrating mostly around your spine. Although the resonance is faint, an imbalance can still be felt and impede upon the flow of our bodies.
Training Services
Sports Stretching
Passive stretching allows you to relax while someone or a prop aids in guiding your body into the stretch. This can remove antagonist muscles from the equation and provide a deeper stretch to break up restrictions.
Certified Personal Fitness Training
Learning a more efficient and effective way of moving your muscles through the world helps reduce the imbalance, as well as increase body awareness. This can either be an entire in-home resistance training session or just a few pointers at the end of a session.
Post-Session Communication
We are always eager to hear about the results of a session as well as any comments or critiques. It also helps to determine how often we need to work together. We are always available to answer questions in between sessions.
